Delivery + Returns
Standard shipping:
Orders are processed within one working day of the order being placed. Once processed, our standard delivery times are between 1-2 working days (within the Auckland region) or 2-3 working days (rest of New Zealand). Overnight delivery is available on request for an additional charge.
Standard shipping rates start from $7. For bulky/heavy/fragile items, or international delivery, additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz for a quote. Otherwise, an estimate will be emailed to you when your order is processed.
Furniture & Rugs:
Orders are processed within three working days of the order being placed. Once processed, our standard delivery times are between 5-7 working days.
