Refer to the care label on the reverse for fibre specific instructions 

Shedding is common with new rugs, vacuum gently on low suction 

Avoid turbo or brush heads as they can damage the rug, instead shake rugs outside to refresh the pile 

Keep rugs out of direct sunlight to prevent fading 

Rotate rugs every six months for even wear  

Blot spills with a clean white cloth and mild detergent, never rub 

Trim or push back any popped loops, do not pull them 

Use a rug underlay to prevent slipping, protect flooring and support shape
