Shipping
Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within two working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 8-4pm, Monday to Friday. If you have place your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.Â
For those items which are made-to-order, custom order or pre-order, you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items within 1 business day of ordering.
Delivery Within New Zealand
Our standard delivery times are 1-2 working days (within the Auckland region) or 2-3 working days (outside of Auckland). Please note this is subject to change dependant on courier workloads and delays.
For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz for a quote. Otherwise, you will be notified of any additional shipping costs when your order is processed.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays. We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with customerservice@achomestore.co.nz within 5 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 1 working day to be ready you will be notified via email. Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.
International Orders
Some of our products are unable to be shipped internationally. If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to purchase a product from A&C Homestore, please email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz with details of your delivery location and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Gift Wrapping
We offer complimentary gift wrapping in store and online - simply leave your gift wrap request in the comments section at checkout or email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz with your order details.
