Returns Policy
At A&C Homestore we want to ensure that you love your purchase and we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Returns Policy.
We do not offer refunds. A store credit or exchange is available on full priced items that meet our returns criteria below.
Returns Criteria
- Items must be returned with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase.
- Items purchased in our physical stores can be returned directly to one of our stores.
- Items purchased online must be returned with the accompanying returns form via courier/post to our head office address:

- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging with no signs of damage.
- Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on our jewellery, perfume or skincare items.
- For change of mind on purchases, we offer a store credit or exchange only.
Sale Items
All sale purchases are final, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
Clothing & Shoes
We offer refunds on full priced clothing and shoes purchased online only. Returned clothing must be unworn and in original condition to be accepted for a refund.
Faulty Items
If you have received your product and it is faulty, please notify us immediately upon discovering the fault. Once we receive the item, we will assess whether to repair, replace, provide a store credit or refund the item.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are unable to be returned or cancelled once purchased. Orders purchased with a gift voucher can be exchanged or credited back to the original voucher.
Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Items purchased as pre-orders or custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
At the time of purchase, our team will provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on current supplier availability and shipping schedules. While we always aim to meet these estimates, delivery dates may change due to supplier, manufacturing, or freight delays outside of our control.
Any changes to estimated delivery timeframes do not qualify the order for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a tracked courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Once your return has been received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 working days. You will receive confirmation via email once completed.
