Our e-Gift cards are now available with the option to add a personalised message, and you can check out immediately for it to be sent now, or scheduled for a later date.
Once your order has been processed, we will email your Gift Card to you. If you have opted to send this as a gift, the recipient will be emailed this on the specified day.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Note: If purchasing for multiple recipients, be sure to purchase each individually. In addition to your order confirmation email, you’ll receive a notification once your friend receives the gift card in their email.
Please note, e-gift cards are redeemable online only. Please email webstore@achomestore.co.nz if you would like a physical voucher to use in one of our stores.
Delivery + Returns
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping rates start from $7.
Orders are processed within one working day, with delivery taking 1–2 working days within Auckland or 2–3 working days nationwide.
Additional charges may apply for bulky, heavy, fragile, or international orders.
Rugs:
A flat-rate shipping fee of $35 applies to all orders New Zealand–wide.
