Auckland
Small Parcels - Friday 19 December
Larger Deliveries - Wednesday 17th December

North Island
Small Parcels - Thursday 18 December
Larger Deliveries - Tuesday 16th December December

South Island
Small Parcels - Wednesday 17 December
Larger Deliveries - Wednesday 10th December

Store Hours Over the Holiday Period
We’ll be trading with adjusted hours over the festive season. Please note that hours may vary by location.

Online Orders & Shipping
Our warehouse will be closed from the 25th of December to the 4th of January. Please allow a little extra time for dispatch due to increased order volumes and courier demand - thank you for your patience.

Click & Collect
Due to our warehouse being closed, Click & Collect is not available between the 22nd of December to the 6th of January.

Returns & Exchanges Over the Holidays
Our warehouse will be closed from the 25th of December to the 4th of January. During this period we will not able to receive returned items. We recommend holding off your return until the warehouse is back open on the 5th of January.

Returns for change of mind are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
