The Ava Sandal by Bronwyn Footwear is a refined double strap slide, elevated with sleek signature gold hardware and adjustable velcro close straps on a beautifully contoured footbed with rubber sole, creating a harmonious balance of refined utility and ultimate all-day comfort.

FIT AND WEARABILITY: Unit height of 25mm at the heel and 15mm at the forepart creating a virtually flat pitch for comfort. Length fit is true to size but if you're in-between we recommend sizing up. Ava features a soft moulded contoured footbed with moulded arch support and gentle heel cupping for beautiful all day wear.

MATERIALS: Leather upper, leather lining, rubber outsole.

Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Orders are packed and prepared during our office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.

Delivery Within New Zealand

North Island: 2–4 working days
South Island: 4–6 working days
Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days

These delivery estimates apply under normal circumstances. If lead times differ significantly, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed.

Please provide a physical delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel between 9am–5pm weekdays. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery progress.

All deliveries require a signature to ensure your order arrives safely. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If any items arrive damaged, please contact us at customerservice@achomestore.co.nz within 5 days of delivery.

Freight Charges

Freight charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery region of your order. Large, fragile, or oversized items may incur higher delivery charges due to specialist handling requirements.

For large furniture pieces, mirrors, or oversized orders, additional freight charges may apply. If you are unsure, please contact us at customerservice@achomestore.co.nz for a freight quote prior to purchasing.

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect orders are generally ready within 2–4 working days. You will receive a notification once your order is available for collection.

Please ensure collection is made within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification.

For larger furniture items, we recommend collection from our Birkenhead store due to easier accessibility.

Monday – Friday: 9am–5pm
Saturday: 9am–4pm

International Orders

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only. Additional shipping costs may apply please email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz with details of your delivery location and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Please note: Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. These may include quarantine charges.
