Order Processing
All orders will be processed and dispatched within three working days. Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 8-4pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Within New Zealand
Our usual delivery timeframes are 1–2 working days in Auckland and 2–3 working days nationwide, although this can vary with courier delays - particularly over Black Friday and Christmas.
For pre-Christmas delivery, here are our cut-off dates:
Auckland
Small Parcels - Friday 19 December
Larger Deliveries - Wednesday 17th December
North Island
Small Parcels - Thursday 18 December
Larger Deliveries - Tuesday 16th December December
South Island
Small Parcels - Wednesday 17 December
Larger Deliveries - Wednesday 10th December
For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz for a quote. Otherwise, you will be notified of any additional shipping costs when your order is processed.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays. We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with customerservice@achomestore.co.nz within 5 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 1 working day to be ready you will be notified via email. Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.
International Orders
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only. If you live outside of New Zealand and Australia and wish to purchase a product from A&C Homestore, please email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz with details of your delivery location and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Please note: Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. These may include quarantine charges.
Gift Wrapping
We offer complimentary gift wrapping in store and online - simply leave your gift wrap request in the comments section at checkout or email customerservice@achomestore.co.nz with your order details.
