Under Covid-19 Alert Level 3, our three stores will be closed to customers, but will still be operating as Click & Collect locations.

Our in store team is also available to you during business hours for virtual shopping & styling, so you can continue to browse the store via video call or phone.

Our online store continues to operate as normal. In addition to our standard courier delivery, we will be extending our home delivery service within Auckland for larger items (eg. furniture) to ensure your orders are with you as soon as possible. Click & Collect.

Click & Collect is available from our three central store locations in Mt Eden, Orakei and Birkenhead. Simply place your order either via our website, email or phone call with our team and we will arrange a safe collection for you at your chosen store.  

How it works:

1. When placing your order online, select which of your local stores you would like to collect from in the shipping options.
2. You can also place orders over the phone or via email by contacting any of our three locations here.
3. Once we receive your order and gather it together, we will email to let you know when your order will be ready and can then schedule your click & collect time slot at a time that is convenient for you.
4. On collection day, just give us a quick call to let us know you've arrived and our store staff will then deliver your order direct to the boot of your car, or if you are walking, we will safely leave it ready for you to collect.

Virtual Shopping & Styling Service.

Our lovely interior stylists are on call and available during business hours for video and phone consultations.

Whether you are wanting to browse our freshly stocked shelves via video (almost as good as being there!) or you would like to take us on a tour of your home for a one-on-one consultation that is specific to your space, this is a great option for anyone wanting to access that personalised in-store experience from the comfort of your own home. 

How it works:

1. Email any of our three stores to set up an appointment time for your video call (just click these links to launch a new email message right away): Bloc Mt Eden, Orakei Bay Village, Birkenhead.
2. Check you have a video call service set up on your phone or laptop such as Zoom, Skype or Facetime (our team can help you out with this if needed).
3. Enjoy your virtual store tour or one-on-one consultation service!
