Under Covid-19 Alert Level 2, all three of our stores will be open to customers, with some simple safety practices in place to keep everyone safe.

This includes the requirement for all customers and couriers to maintain a 2m distance while shopping. We will also be asking all visitors to our stores to note their details on a contact register, or scan the contact tracing app QR code available upon entry.

Your information will be used only in the case that we are required to provide such information to health authorities.

Under Level Two, our easy click & collect and virtual shopping & styling services will still be available to any customer who still wishes to shop this way (see guide below). And of course, our online store continues to operate as normal.

Click & Collect is available from our three central store locations in Mt Eden, Orakei and Birkenhead. Simply place your order either via our website, email or phone call with our team and we will arrange a safe collection for you at your chosen store. 

how it works:

1. When placing your order online, select which of your local stores you would like to collect from in the shipping options.
2. You can also place orders over the phone or via email by contacting any of our three locations here.
3. Once we receive your order and gather it together, we will email to let you know when your order will be ready and can then schedule your click & collect time slot at a time that is convenient for you.
4. On collection day, just give us a quick call to let us know you've arrived and our store staff will then deliver your order direct to the boot of your car, or if you are walking, we will safely leave it ready for you to collect.

Our lovely interior stylists are on call and available during business hours for video and phone consultations.

Whether you are wanting to browse our freshly stocked shelves via video (almost as good as being there!) or you would like to take us on a tour of your home for a one-on-one consultation that is specific to your space, this is a great option for anyone wanting to access that personalised in-store experience from the comfort of your own home.

2. Check you have a video call service set up on your phone or laptop such as Zoom, Skype or Facetime (our team can help you out with this if needed).
