Click & Collect:

Click & Collect orders are generally ready within 2–4 working days. You will receive a notification once your order is available for collection. Please ensure collection is made within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification.

For larger furniture items, we recommend collection from our Birkenhead store due to easier accessibility.

Delivery:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

North Island: 2–4 working days
South Island: 4–6 working days
Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days

Freight charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery region of your order. Large, fragile, or oversized items may incur higher delivery charges due to specialist handling requirements.

Furniture delivery:

For large furniture pieces, mirrors, or oversized orders, additional freight charges may apply. If you are unsure, please contact us at customerservice@achomestore.co.nz for a freight quote prior to purchasing.
