Peachy Keen Nursery

So, you find out your pregnant… it’s an exciting time, but if this is your first child, the unknown can also be a little scary and confusing! For example, figuring out where to start with planning the nursery for your precious new arrival.

Designing a nursery really is a fun part of the preparation process, but it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the decisions to be made on colours, furniture and of course all the practical things. Having been through the nursery to toddler room evolution, I have a few pointers for expectant mums to consider before embarking on a nursery project. Read on...

Happy planning!

Drawing our colour inspiration for this room from the adorable felted toys and mobile, we settled on a palette of forest green, ochre yellow and earthy terracotta, balanced with walls in the pale apricot tone of Dulux Pukehina Half - creating a happy, calming setting for mum and baby.

New arrivals to our baby & kids range help complete a colourful and inspiring space for your little one - felted toys, natural eco-friendly teethers, beautiful story books and friendly night lights.

Storage and flooring doesn’t have to be boring! New rugs and bespoke furniture pieces like the Berber Knot Atlas Rug and Slim Jim drawers add character and set the scene for a fun and inspiring room.

Rest their heads on the soft and natural fibres of flax linen with our new A&C Linen cot sheets. With moisture absorbing, antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties, linen is a great choice for your baby’s bed and we’ve designed four statement colours to choose from.

Add layers of warmth with our new premium lambswool blankets.

New Kip & Co. bean bags create a comfy spot for big kids and little kids!
