Cocktail Season is hereeee and to celebrate we've launched two tasty & exclusive drink infusions with our friends from Tippl.

Introducing our new flavours ‘Peach & Basil Spritz ‘and a classic ‘Paloma’. If you haven’t heard about Tippl before, they make handcrafted cocktail infusions you can drink boozy or booze-free in four easy steps. 

We have been experimenting in the office with all the combo’s and we can confirm they are summery and delicious, our top tip is not to rush the infusing time… the longer the better in our opinion. We spoke with Tippl to get all the top tips on how to get the most out of your Tippl.

Paloma

Margarita’s classy cousin, Paloma is punchy and refreshing, grapefruit lead citrus mellowed with a dash of rosewaterTry your Tippl with Tequilla or Mezcal or for a non-boozy option, grapefruit or tart citrus soda

Paloma Citrus Recipe

Step 1 – Soak your Tippl in tequila, mezcal or water and soak for three days.(yip you read that right)
Step 2 - Select your best glass

Per Serve
50ml Tippl mix (pre-made as per step 1)
200ml Grapefruit or tart citrus soda
Pour tippl mix and grapefruit soda over ice and gently stir.

Paloma Chilli Recipe

Step 1 – Soak your Tippl in citrus soda or water with half a chilli and soak for three days
Step 2 - In your favourite glass – add a flaky sea salt (or smoked sea salt) to the rim.

Per Serve
50ml Tippl mix (pre-made as per step 1)
Half a bottle of Mexican lager like Corona or Sol
¼ cup of ruby red grapefruit juice
Chilli, lime salt to garnishPour tippl mix + grapefruit juice into an ice filled glass and give it a stir. Top with lager and sprinkle chilli lime salt on top to garnish.

Peach, Basil, Lemon Fizz

Step 1 – Soak your Tippl with gin or water and soak for three days.
Step 2 - Select a lovely large wine glass

Per Serve

50ml Tippl mix (pre-made as per step 1)
150ml prosecco
25ml soda waterPour tippl mix & prosecco over ice. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a slice of lemon.
For an alcohol free version replace the prosecco with your favourite soda, we love yuzu or elderflower.
